Ocean Dream Port of Call: Aruba, Caribbean
Ocean Dream Port of Call: Aruba, Caribbean
After crossing the Panama Canal and stop by Colon (Panama) and La Guaira (Venezuela), we arrived in Aruba, in the Caribbean! Such a colourful and "happy place"! It's like Amsterdam but with Caribbean colours! We left Acapulco, Mexico, crossed the Panama Canal, spent a few days in Colon for a quick wet dock, Panama, and sailed to Aruba, Curacao and other wonders of the Caribbean. A few weeks later we were arriving in Recife for the begining of the Brazilian cruise ship season. The Ocean Dream is being transfered to the japanese Peace Boat so these videos represent her last days as Ocean Dream. In the next videos I will show La Guaira in Venezuela, Aruba & Curacao in the Netherland Antilles, Caribbean. Diogo Kyrillos Aruba is a 33 km-long island of the Lesser Antilles in the southern Caribbean Sea, located 27 km north of the coast of Venezuela and 130 km (approx.) east of Guajira Peninsula (Colombia). Together with Bonaire and Curaçao, it forms a group referred to as the ABC islands of the Leeward Antilles, the southern island chain of the Lesser Antilles. Aruba is one of the four constituent countries that form the Kingdom of the Netherlands, together with the Netherlands, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten whose citizens share a single nationality: Dutch citizen. Aruba é um território autônomo neerlandês do Caribe, ao largo da costa da Venezuela. Além da Venezuela, os seus vizinhos mais próximos são Curaçao, São Martinho ea Península de La Guajira (Colômbia). We left Acapulco, Mexico, crossed the Panama Canal, spent a few days in Colon for a quick wet dock, Panama, and sailed to Aruba, Curacao and other wonders of the Caribbean. A few weeks later we were arrriving in Recife for the begining of the Brazilian cruise ship season. The Ocean Dream is being transfered to the japanese Peace Boat so these videos represent her last days as Ocean Dream.
